Tiggerific Tuesday! Blog Hop...or Bounce!

Magical Mouse Schoolhouse

Let's make new friends!!

Best Father's Day Weekend Ever!!!

First I'd like to wish a Happy Father's Day to all the Great Dads out there and the Moms that are both mom & dad!! Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend with their children!

We did enjoy our weekend with our kids & my wonderful husband knew that his Father's Day was going to be a bit crazy, but we didn't know how awesome it would turn out!

Since we knew that Sunday was going to be busy, we had some free time on Saturday so we went to Spring Lake Beach. This was our first time at this beach and it may not be our last. I LOVED it!!! The town is beautiful and the beach was so clean. The only downside is that they don't allow coolers on the beach, and we usually take one to have refreshments and snacks, but we can deal with this. The beach was wonderful!

Sunday was an early start!! My poor hubby was up before any of us & made us all breakfast, LOL, we should've been the ones to make breakfast for him....oh well. We gave him his gifts, then we ate breakfast. Afterwards it was time to get dressed for our friends' daughter's recital in NYC. It was a very cute show, we all enjoyed ourselves....those little girls are so cute :D Then it was back home to change for our son's Championship baseball game!

We drove an hour and a half, to a field that looked like the Field of Dreams, LOL!

We were surrounded by corn fields! Anyway, the game got going and it was scoreless for a few innings! Unfortunately, I have extremely bad memory so I can't give accurate details, but we scored 3 runs and then the other team scored 2.....this is where it became a real nail biting game! Finally, the bottom of the 7th inning (final inning of the game) and the final out was made.....YAY!!!! WOO-HOO....it was chaos......kids jumping all over each other and real reasons to celebrated!!! What a great feeling.....both my husband and I are so proud of my son and all of the kids on the team. All of those early morning practices and hard work paid off, they are champions!!! They beat out 14 teams!!! It was the best Father's Day gift that any father could have received (in my opinion)! I can't speak for all the other dads but I know that my husband was very happy and proud of our son's performance! Every parent and child from Triple A Arsenals left the field extremely happy.....that long drive was worth it!!!

Another milestone in this Wonderful, Crazy Life

Its official, my baby girl graduated Kindergarten and will be in 1st grade next year, YAY!!!! It feels as if it were just yesterday when she was born, where has the time gone? It was a really cute ceremony! She wore a pink dress & white sandals which she picked out herself, and she had her graduation hat in gold. All of the kids did a great job at singing their songs & making us laugh. Their teacher really did a great job in arranging this, and she created a beautiful slide show of the pictures that they've taken in school throughout the year. It was great to see the things they do during the school day, I really loved the pictures. She even gave each parent a copy!!

It was a great day and of course I couldn't get through this without at least tearing up a bit....LOL!! I really do cry about anything!! I teared up during the singing, during the slideshow & then when the teacher thanked everyone and said bye to her class!! Her voice broke because she too got sentimental, and this got me as well. God help me when my son graduates 8th grade next year!

30 Day Disney Photo Challenge: Days 11-15

Last week I was reading up on some of the Disney blogs I follow, and when I came to A Disney Moms thoughts, I read about the 30 Day Disney Photo challenge. I quickly loved the idea, especially since I had just finished another 30 day challenge on my facebook page.

Here are days 11-15, if your missed 6-10 you can see them here, and 1-5 can be seen here.

Day 11: A picture of the thing you wish you could change about the parks- this would be the large crowds. I really hate standing in long lines, especially in the middle of summer!

Day 12: A picture of your favorite Disney food item- The Mickey icecream bars, these are great especially during hot days!

Day 13: A picture of your favorite “home” resort- Animal Kingdom Lodge, even though I've never been inside. I've only seen it through pictures and so far it is my favorite. We will be staying here for the first time during our November 2011 trip.

Day 14: A picture of your favorite night time activity (existing or past) on Disney property- watching fireworks anywhere on Disney property!!

Day 15: A picture of what you do when it rains in the park - I would keep walking around the parks, but my hubby hates walking around in the rain, so Disney Quest is a great place to go. Everyone in my family enjoys video games!

This concludes today's Photo challenge post. Next week I'll have 16-20.
