Week 2 ~ New Program Starts Today!

So I'm in week 2 of my weight loss journey!  Today begins a new program that I am both excited and terrified for!  Shaun T's Transform 20 starts today and I tried a sample workout and oh boy!! It was intense!  Its only 20 minutes, but you get an intense cardio workout!

Last week I was still on Joel Freeman's Liift 4, which I love but that program is building muscle.  I'm hoping to see more weight loss with Transform 20 since it is cardio.

There wasn't much change this past week.  I was 193 lbs last Saturday but overdid it during the weekend so by Monday I was at 196 lbs.  I was so bloated, it took me about 2 days to get back to 193 lbs.

I lost 1 pound all week, which is ok.  We went away to Atlantic City for the weekend, and I really did my best to be good so let's see what my results are this morning.

I weigh in every Monday, but my official weigh in at the end of each week is Saturday.

This week I didn't retake my measurements, so let's just keep last week's.

Weight as of Sat 1/12: 192 lbs
Measurements from 1/4:
Chest: 36"
Left Arm: 12.75"
Right Arm: 12.75"
Waist: 39"
Hips: 48"
Left thigh: 27.5"
Right Thigh: 28"

*side note - I wasn't mad while taking the pictures, it was just too early for a Saturday :) 
I'm not a morning person.

I'm really looking forward to this Saturday to see how I do!
