Hi All!! So, it's been a few weeks since my last f with the New Program! itness post. I started 80-day obsession and went through the first week and a half.
My thoughts:
Good workouts, great burn but too long.
Maybe if I didn't have a full-time job, I would have stuck to this but I'm not sure. I like 30 minute workouts, so I just couldn't keep up with this one.
I didn't start a new program but I did go back to Liift 4. I joined Shaun T's and Joel Freeman's new facebook group where Liift 4 and Transform 20 are combined, but I haven't started yet. I knew we were going on a trip to Florida and I wouldn't have access to weights, so I decided to wait until we were back.
Now I'm back and ready to start.
Here is where I'm starting from:
Weight: 191 lbs
Waist: 38"
Hips: 47"
Chest: 44"
Left Arm: 13.5"
Right Arm: 13.75"
Left thigh: 27.25"
Right thigh: 27.25"

Today was day 1 of LiiftFormation - and it was a tough one!
