Let me start with wishing everyone a Happy New Year's Eve!! Hope everyone enjoys today however you wish - with family, at home, at a party - whatever makes you happy!
I for one had plans and now have changed to stay home with my hubby & kids. Originally I was going to spend it with my parents and sisters at a campsite but since I'm a bit under the weather and my son works so he won't be in the mood of going out - I have decided to stay home. I actually enjoy it. We watch the NYC ball drop on TV, play music & I get to go through all of my yearly superstitious traditions to bring us Health, Wealth, Luck & Happiness.
So what do I do every New Year's Eve?
Every year I put my suitcase outside my front door to bring more travel, I keep money in my wallet and in my mailbox to ensure that we always have money and eat my 12 grapes at midnight to bring health and anything else I want for the new year. This year I came across some articles regarding New Year's Eve superstitions and things to do for Luck in the new year.
Here is what I'm working on to have ready for tonight:
1 - Dinner will consist of Pork (wealth & prosperity) and Lentils (weatlh & prosperity)
2 - I'll be wearing 1 piece of red underwear for Good Luck :)
3 - Have 3 Silver Coins in my pocket and my wallet full of money
4 - Eat 12 grapes to eat as soon as its midnight
5 - Place my suitcase outside to bring more travel in the New Year
6 - Throw a bucket of water - preferably dirty mop water after cleaning your home - out onto the street to remove all the bad juju from the past year.
7 - Place money in an envelope and put in my mailbox to attract more money
8 - Sage my home to cleanse it and get it ready for 2022!!
These will all be done tonight, in the meantime, I will spend my afternoon getting dinner ready, working on my Fitness, Health & Business Goals & working on my 2022 Vision Board!
I am superstitious, I believe in a higher power and I honor it all every day. I believe in the Law of Attraction and the power of Manifestation. There is still so much for me to learn but I do practice it as much as I can.
Do you have any traditions for New Year's Eve?
Regardless of what you all do tonight - I again would like to wish you all a
Very Happy, Healthy & Prosperous New Year!!!
